If you’re not totally obsessed with your CSW purchase, return or exchange it within 10 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

• When you return your purchase to CSW by mail within 10 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:
• after 10 days
• garments that have been worn already.
